Alpha Twin Cities
Alpha is a safe space that allows people to ask questions, express doubts, and explore faith. Alpha groups are held at restaurants, coffee shops, dorm rooms, churches, prisons, youth groups, bars and taprooms, YMCAs, re-entry groups and at work. Visit: Alpha Twin Cities
The staff of Arise Ministries have over 30 years of experience ministering to at-risk teenagers. Arise Ministries provides 35 weekly chaplain groups / Bible studies in seven juvenile correction facilities located in the greater metro area of the Twin Cities. Through these groups, as well as individual mentoring and discipleship programs, we weekly have over 300 at-risk youth (ages 10-19) in attendance. Visit: Arise Ministries
Christian Life Ministries
Based in Little Canada, MN, Christian Life Ministries is a non-profit organization dedicated to “Honoring God’s Gift of Life.” Programs include New Day Pregnancy Care Center, New Day Thrift Store and Life-Centered Education. Visit: Christian Life Ministries
The Dwelling Place
The Dwelling Place is a Christ-centered ministry that provides a comprehensive program for women and children fleeing from domestic violence through long-term transitional housing, basic needs, trauma-informed supportive services, and educational programs and mentoring. The Dwelling Place offers the precious gift of time needed for safety, healing, and personal development that equips women and children to live free of abuse. Visit: The Dwelling Place
Fishing for Life
To create opportunities for relationship, Fishing for Life, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, uses hands-on fishing events and mentoring programs to impact the lives of at-risk youth and families in the Twin Cities and surrounding areas. Visit: Fishing for Life
Meals from the Heart
Based in Stillwater, Minnesota, Meals From The Heart is a nonprofit 501©(3) that brings people together to serve their neighbors through energized and fun meal-packing events that provide flavorful, fortified meals to local food shelves. This is important to corporations, faith groups, and civic organizations, because our events make it easy to implement meaningful team-building and service activities onsite. Working with Meals From The Heart allows participants from all walks of life to join forces to address a serious need in their own community and experience a sense of accomplishment, stronger relationships, goodwill, and joy. Metro Hope is a residential, Christ-centered, drug and alcohol recovery program that serve men, women, and mothers with children. They provide healing and hope for residents who have exhausted their support systems, lost their homes and are unable to support themselves or their families. Many have lost custody of their children and have experienced unemployment and homelessness. Through the program, thousands of men and women have encountered Jesus, receive His grace, begin walking in His identity and strive to lead productive lives. Visit: Metro Hope
MN Adult & Teen Challenge
The mission of MN Adult & Teen Challenge is to assist teens and adults in gaining freedom from chemical addictions and other life controlling problems by addressing their physical, emotional and spiritual needs. Visit: MN Adult & Teen Challenge
Prelude Ministries is an industry leader in providing state-of-the-art spiritual, emotional and practical support to seniors, especially those with dementia, and to their caregivers through Christian spiritualcare services, family and community support systems and practical support.
