New Year Retreat
Youth
For High School Youth (grades 9 - 12)
Sunday, December 28 – Thursday, January 1, Faith Haven Camp, Battle Lake, MN
Celebrate the New Year in the best way possible: at camp! This is a great opportunity to grow in your relationship with Jesus and spend lots of time with friends. This retreat will include the following:
- Boot hockey
- A banquet
- A talent show
- Daily sessions with worship and a message
- Small groups
- Reflective time
- Acoustic worship at the campfire.

Check In
When you check in on the 28th, here’s what to expect. Come inside the church to our check in table. Have you phone and other electronic devices (gaming devices, ipods, etc.) ready to be turned in (or just leave it at home). You should also have all of your medications ready to be turned in to our nurse who will keep all the medications safe. At this camp, campers are trusted to watch over their own money, so that does not need to be turned in.
Departure
Check-in and loading at Redeemer on Sunday, December 28 @ 1PM. The bus(es) will leave once everyone has arrived.
Return
Return to Redeemer on Thursday, January 1 @ 5PM (approximately).
What To Pack
Warm Clothes, Formal Clothes for the Banquet, Winter Jacket, Snow Pants, Boots, Winter Hat & Mittens, Bible, Sleeping bag or bedding, Pillow, Towel, Toiletries (soap, shampoo, deodorant, toothpaste, etc.), Money (Offering, snacks, and Faith Haven merchandise).
What NOT To Pack
Cell phone, Electronics (iPads, music devices, gaming devices, etc.), Tobacco products, Vape pens, Alcohol, Drugs, Fireworks, Lighters or matches, Pranks, Jewelry or anything of value.
