Roseville FAQ
Are we going to close Roseville?
The simple answer is NO. Our Constitution and Bylaws have language to protect our Roseville campus (and all our facilities):
No facility owned by NHLC for purposes of worship or education may be permanently closed without the approval of the congregation by a majority vote at a duly called meeting.
There have been no plans to close Roseville, not even thoughts or conversations. Any rumors that state otherwise are false. The truth is that the Roseville facilities are a strategic location of North Heights Church, and the Roseville community plays an integral part in fulfilling our mission.
What are the plans for a worship leader at Roseville?
This is a three-phase plan:
- We will have guest worship leaders filling in each week as we move toward #2 and #3
- North Heights is currently running employment ads for an interim to fill the position
- The long-term goal is to hire a full-time worship leader for the Roseville campus
We encourage those that know someone that would be a good fit, or are interested themselves, to apply online.
Will the members have input on the future of Roseville?
Yes, the Council of Elders are working on a member survey to provide a formal opportunity for everyone to provide input to the decision process.
What is the long-term objective for the Roseville campus?
Roseville has been and continues to be vital part of North Heights. Its growth and service to the community are of upmost priority. We will continue investing time and resources into this location so that all people can find faith, discover purpose, and live eternal significance.
